At the heart of our practice is a question: can Indian craft sustain real economic value for its makers?
Everything we do is a working answer to that question.
We see handwork as the sacred product of skill, time, and character refined over generations, and we remain optimistic about its capacity to drive development. Design serves as a mediator: treating beauty with deference, translating inherited techniques into forms that feel current, and building continuity that sustains demand.
Craft is our way of thinking. We bring it to menswear to extend its possibilities. For many men, the license to be interested in clothes is relatively new. As menswear shifts from utility toward self-expression, it becomes a language through which identity, aspiration, and restraint are negotiated. Occasionwear intensifies this further: what do we choose to wear when the moment matters, and what do those choices signal about us?
These questions exceed any single design studio. What we make are sincere attempts: clothes for men that feel intelligent and desirable, and that shift something real for the people who make them.
NO.1: Divine Geometry draws from syncretic decorative traditions, where geometry becomes a language of proportion, repetition, and control. It is carried by the hand, taking form in stone, tile, manuscript, and cloth.
The collection is shaped by extensive study across centuries and continents, spanning the Alhambra in Spain, Iznik pottery in Turkey, and Berber patterns in North Africa. These archives became our map. As we travelled, the inquiry widened into other disciplined systems of repetition, including Japanese sashiko and Cambodian ikat.
These motifs have been translated through a range of textiles centred on Indian handloom weaves, and cut into modern silhouettes such as short kurtas and jackets. The palette stays earth-derived, each shade hand-dyed to reveal a distinct house colour. Handwork gives the collection its line, texture, and depth. In some garments, the handwork exceeds 300 hours. Few things ask more of maker and of material.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY (INDIA ONLY)
Last updated: 20 February 2026
1. Coverage and charges
We ship within India only. Standard shipping is included on all orders.
2. Made to order
All pieces are made to order unless stated otherwise. Production typically takes 4–6 weeks from order confirmation. Any exceptions will be noted on the product page or confirmed with you in writing.
3. Date-sensitive orders
If you are ordering for a specific date, please write to us before placing your order. If we confirm feasibility, we will prioritise your piece and dispatch within the agreed window. Transit timelines after dispatch are managed by courier partners and may vary by location.
4. Dispatch and tracking
Tracking details are shared upon dispatch. In certain cases, items from the same order may be dispatched separately.
5. Address accuracy and delivery
Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate. Delivery is deemed complete once the shipment is marked delivered by the courier to the address provided at checkout (including proof of delivery where available). If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or repeated failed delivery attempts, re-shipping may be chargeable at our discretion.
6. Transit damage / defects (72 hours)
If your order arrives damaged in transit or with a defect, you must notify us within 72 hours of delivery and share:
- order number and purchaser name
- clear photos/videos of the issue
- photos of the outer packaging and shipping label
A “defect” means an issue in construction or finishing that falls outside the intended standard of the garment (for example: a broken seam, failed closure, missing component, or a clear finishing error). It does not include natural variation inherent to handmade work.
Claims raised after 72 hours may not be eligible and are assessed at our discretion.
7. Loss in transit
Once an order is dispatched, it moves through third-party courier networks. If a shipment is confirmed lost in transit (i.e., not marked delivered), we will raise an investigation with the courier. Any resolution, refund, or compensation in such cases will be limited to the amount (if any) recovered from the courier and/or transit insurance, and in any event not exceeding the amount paid for the order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from courier delay or loss.
8. Alterations (where offered)
For eligible alterations (where offered), shipping within India is included for up to two alteration shipments. Any additional shipments may be chargeable at our discretion. We will share instructions and process over email.
