We see handwork as the sacred product of skill, time, and character refined over generations, and we remain optimistic about its capacity to drive development. Design serves as a mediator: treating beauty with deference, translating inherited techniques into forms that feel current, and building continuity that sustains demand.
Craft is our way of thinking. We bring it to menswear to extend its possibilities. For many men, the license to be interested in clothes is relatively new. As menswear shifts from utility toward self-expression, it becomes a language through which identity, aspiration, and restraint are negotiated. Occasionwear intensifies this further: what do we choose to wear when the moment matters, and what do those choices signal about us?
These questions exceed any single design studio. What we make are sincere attempts: clothes for men that feel intelligent and desirable, and that shift something real for the people who make them.
NO.1: Divine Geometry draws from syncretic decorative traditions, where geometry becomes a language of proportion, repetition, and control. It is carried by the hand, taking form in stone, tile, manuscript, and cloth.
The collection is shaped by extensive study across centuries and continents, spanning the Alhambra in Spain, Iznik pottery in Turkey, and Berber patterns in North Africa. These archives became our map. As we travelled, the inquiry widened into other disciplined systems of repetition, including Japanese sashiko and Cambodian ikat.
These motifs have been translated through a range of textiles centred on Indian handloom weaves, and cut into modern silhouettes such as short kurtas and jackets. The palette stays earth-derived, each shade hand-dyed to reveal a distinct house colour. Handwork gives the collection its line, texture, and depth. In some garments, the handwork exceeds 300 hours. Few things ask more of maker and of material.

RETURNS, REFUNDS & ALTERATIONS POLICY

This Returns, Refunds & Alterations Policy (“Policy”) applies to all purchases made from Lune D'Argent Design (“we”, “us”, “our”). By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and agreed to this Policy.
1. All sales final
We do not accept returns. We do not offer refunds, reversals, or store credit. All orders are final sale, except for verified transit damage or a verified defect reported within the timeline in this Policy.
2. Made-to-order / made-to-measure
By placing an order, you are commissioning a garment that will be cut, finished, and/or adjusted specifically for you. Returns are not possible once an order is confirmed. If you are uncertain about sizing, measurements, or fit preferences, please contact us before confirming your order.
3. Cancellations and amendments
Once an order is confirmed, it may enter production immediately. Cancellations and amendments are not permitted once production has started, including changes to measurements, size, customisation details, colour, delivery address, or delivery instructions. Requests made before production begins may be considered at our sole discretion and will be confirmed in writing.
4. Exception: transit damage or defect (72 hours)
If your order arrives with damage during transit or a defect, you must notify us within 72 hours of delivery.
A “defect” means an issue in construction or finishing that falls outside the intended standard of the garment (for example: a broken seam, failed closure, missing component, or a clear finishing error). It does not include natural variation inherent to handmade work.
To raise a claim, please provide:
- order number and purchaser name
- clear photos/videos showing the issue
- photos of the outer packaging and shipping label
Claims raised after 72 hours may not be eligible and are subject to discretion.
5. Resolution (after verification)
If we confirm transit damage or a defect, we may offer, at our discretion: repair, alteration, replacement of the same product (subject to availability), or any other remedy required under applicable law.
This exception does not cover issues arising from wear and tear, mishandling, accidents, incorrect washing/handling, exposure to harsh chemicals, or alterations performed by a third party without our written approval.
6. Alterations for made-to-measure (within reason)
Alterations are available only for made-to-measure pieces and are limited to reasonable fit adjustments. Requests that materially change the design, silhouette, construction, or fabric availability may not be possible. Alteration support should be requested within 14 days of delivery. Shipping for alterations is included within India for up to two alteration shipments (to and from our studio, or as otherwise directed by us). Any additional shipments may be chargeable at our discretion.
7. Handwork and natural variation
Our garments are made by hand. Subtle variations in texture, motif placement, and tone are natural signatures of the process.
8. Product colours
We photograph and edit to represent colour as faithfully as possible. Still, screen settings and lighting vary, so the colour you see may differ slightly in person. For guidance on a shade, please write to us at concierge@nairaoberoi.com before placing your order.
9. Delivery acceptance and evidence
Please check the package before accepting delivery. If the parcel appears tampered, crushed, or wet, take photos/video immediately, retain the original packaging and inserts, and contact us within 72 hours with your order number and supporting evidence. Failure to retain packaging or provide adequate evidence may affect claim eligibility.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction
This Policy is governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Policy, our products, or any purchase shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
